Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking SAP CS professionals to join its delivery teams in India. The role focuses on customer service processes within SAP CS, including maintenance, pricing, and service contracts, with an emphasis on integration with non-SAP systems.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 5-7 years of SAP CS experience, S/4HANA Rise on AWS experience, and familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of in-depth knowledge of the SAP CS module.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Experience of SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS is mandatory
• S4 Certification will be added advantage
• Experience on the CS topics: Org. Structure, CS Master Data, Supporting Doc. Types for Service, Pricing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in handling issues, troubleshooting and support functions.
• Experience in building the integration of SAP with non-SAP applications.
• Good knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Solution Manager.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Ready to work in 24x5 support environment.
• Support SAP CS processes across lifecycle and service delivery.
