Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years delivering Salesforce, DevOps, release management, or CI/CD.
- Hands-on with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java apps, and Dynamics pipelines.
- Experience in end-to-end CI/CD across SaaS, middleware, and custom apps.
- Familiar with Git-based version control and modern CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of environment/branching strategies and governance.
- Experience with Copado, Flosum, AutoRABIT preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership in multi-team programs.

Specialist Master - Manager, Program and Solution Management or equivalent
Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale DevOps, CI/CD, and AIOps solutions across complex client environments spanning Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java-based applications, and Microsoft Dynamics. Drive release modernization, deployment quality, platform reliability, and delivery efficiency through strong technical leadership, scalable DevOps design, and the application of automation, AIOps, and GenAI-enabled engineering practices.
Assess current-state delivery environments across CRM, integration, middleware, and custom application stacks; define target-state DevOps and AIOps operating models; and recommend tools, processes, governance, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve speed, quality, stability, and cost efficiency. Lead large-scale multi-platform DevOps delivery, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and advise client and internal stakeholders on release strategy, deployment reliability, automation opportunities, observability, and AI-driven operational improvement across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java, and Dynamics ecosystems.

- Apply AIOps concepts to improve monitoring, anomaly detection, failure prediction, incident triage, root cause analysis, and operational resiliene
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, merge issues, and pipeline failures
- Lead DevOps delivery teams and unblock technical challenges
- Oversee release planning, cutover, readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go support
- Coordinate across development, QA, architecture, infrastructure, and operations
- Drive automation, reusable assets, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 10+ years of technology experience, including Salesforce delivery, DevOps, release management, and CI/CD architecture and enterprise application delivery
- Hands‑on experience with DevOps and release management across one or more of the following: Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java applications, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong knowledge of software deployment processes and end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across SaaS, middleware, and custom application environments
- Experience with Git-based version control and modern CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms
- Experience with environment strategy, branching strategy, release governance, deployment controls, and quality gates
- Hands‑on experience with large-scale or complex enterprise implementations involving multiple applications and integration points
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Flosum, or AutoRABIT is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting multi‑team, multi‑environment, and multi‑platform delivery programs
- Practical experience with observability, monitoring, incident response, and AIOps capabilities in software delivery and operational support
- Familiarity with GenAI and AIOps concepts and their application in engineering, release management, monitoring, and operational excellence
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills
