Job summary

Qualifications

• Actuarial or professional certifications are a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and process auto insurance claims while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Analyze clients’ policy coverage to provide actionable recommendations and ensure optimal protection. Investigate and resolve complex insurance-related issues, escalating as necessary to maintain service quality. Communicate effectively with customers, underwriters, and agents to facilitate smooth policy implementation and claims resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance. Prepare and maintain detailed records of claims, interactions, and resolutions to support audits and reporting requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience.
