Job summary

Genpact in Gurugram is seeking an Associate in Insurance - P&C Underwriting to review and validate claim information for accuracy and completeness, and to process claims in line with guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale underwriting operations and compliance standards.

You will communicate with clients to gather missing details, flag errors or incomplete documentation, maintain accurate records, and support the team by resolving basic claim issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Master's degree in Statistics or related quantitative field preferred.
• Actuarial exams or professional certifications valued.
• Experience in insurance claims or underwriting is a plus.
