Job summary

DBS Bank Hyderabad is seeking an experienced IT End User Support specialist to deliver Level 2 support and day-to-day IT operations for a large user base (~2000 users). You will be the local IT contact, coordinating with regional/global teams to ensure stable, secure service delivery.

Responsibilities include incident management, device provisioning, asset lifecycle, and ensuring meeting-room tech readiness.
