Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience managing AWS cloud environments.
• Strong experience supporting production workloads in AWS.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of cloud networking concepts and Linux system administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, and support AWS cloud infrastructure in production environments.
• Monitor system availability, performance, and security to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking, and application‑related issues across AWS environments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Manage and support containerized workloads using Amazon ECS and Docker.
• Configure and maintain AWS networking components including VPC, Route 53, Load Balancers, Security Groups, and Network ACLs.
• Support CI/CD deployments and collaborate with development teams for application releases.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools where applicable.
• Monitor infrastructure using CloudWatch and other enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in production support activities, incident response, maintenance windows, and on‑call rotations as required.
