Job summary

NewSpace Research and Technologies Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated Store Operations Associate to oversee daily store functions, ensure policy and safety compliance, and manage opening/closing duties.

You will focus on customer service, resolve escalated issues, supervise staff, monitor KPIs, coordinate with suppliers, and drive merchandising standards and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Physical stock verification and stock accuracy checks.
