Job summary

SE2 in Gurugram, India, seeks an on-site claims associate to process complex life insurance annuity claims, research requests across multiple screens, and resolve routine inquiries while maintaining quality and service standards.

Candidates should have 1+ year in life insurance claims, strong typing and English communication, and be comfortable with US shift timings. Proficiency in MS Excel/Outlook and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream; commerce graduates preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in life insurance claims processing with emphasis on quality and accuracy.
• Experience in a professional/office setting with scheduled shifts.
• Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications and learning new software tools.
• Must be able to type 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy.
• Effective English business communication skills for client correspondence.
• Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
• Must have basic Email/ Letter writing skills.
• Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.
• Life Insurance domain knowledge is must (preferably Annuities).
