Job summary

IT Bridge Consultants in India seeks an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations with exposure in talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration, engagement, compliance, and performance management.

The role requires maintaining and enhancing HR policies, frameworks, and SOPs, ensuring labour law compliance, and willingness to work in shifts if required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR operations.
• Exposure in talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration, engagement, compliance, and performance management.
• Maintain and enhance HR policies, frameworks, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and support payroll, attendance, and HRIS.
• Coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, frameworks, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and applicable regulations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management cycles.
