Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the Expert Network team, you will be responsible for:

Expert Identification & Engagement

• Independently identify and engage with industry professionals and subject‑matter experts aligned with client requests.
• Assess expert relevance and ensure strong project fit.

Client Relationship Management

• Manage client communication during the US shift.
• Build trust‑based relationships and understand core project needs.

Expert Support

• Provide prompt assistance to experts, addressing queries and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Revenue Growth

• Drive revenue by sourcing high‑quality experts and growing opportunities within your assigned accounts.
• Identify potential upselling and cross‑selling avenues.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with consultants and analysts to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain clear and timely communication between clients, experts, and internal teams.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research based on client requirements.
• Deliver sharp insights on industries, markets, and trending topics.

Preferred Qualifications

Education:
