Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a business/market research firm or industry association
• Desire for a front-end role that involves intellectual conversations with industry experts
• High motivation to work in a dynamic work setting and willingness to overachieve
• Strong proficiency in verbal and written business communication
• Ability and willingness to work in a team environment while ensuring individual goals are met
• Comfortable working in US shift timings (6 pm to 3 am)

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requests and carry out research to gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s industry
• Identify the most relevant subject matter experts across various geographies for each project
• Employ resources like Phone, Email, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. to reach out to these experts
• Empanel subject matter experts by effectively explaining how on-demand consultations work
• Establish intellectual rapport with experts, manage expectations and assist them on an ongoing basis
• Work on periodic research tasks and contribute to internal knowledge database for various domains
• Coordinate with experts and the client account managers to facilitate calls with Infollion clients

Job Responsibilities
