Job summary

Linde is seeking an AGM - National Scheduling Centre to lead distribution planning, scheduling strategy, and digital transformation. The role focuses on building advanced planning analytics, visualization tools, and data-driven decision making.

You will drive end-to-end planning across regions, align demand, supply and logistics, develop planning dashboards, integrate ERP, and push automation for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE in IT/Computers with 5-7 years in Telematics or similar.
• Knowledge in SAP Hana S4.
• Knowledge in Digitalization/Technological Project Management and Six Sigma Productivity.

Responsibilities

• Distribution Planning & Scheduling strategy.
• Lead end-to-end distribution planning to optimize resources and service levels.
• Develop standardized planning frameworks across regions and align demand, supply, and logistics scheduling.

• In this job role you would be responsible for Distribution Planning & Scheduling Strategy


• Lead end-to-end distribution planning and scheduling to ensure optimal resource utilization and service levels


• You will work to develop and implement standardized planning frameworks across regions & drive alignment between demand, supply, and logistics scheduling


• You will help developing Planning Analytics & Visualization dashboards design and implement with advanced analytics models for planning optimization as well as develop an interactive dashboards and visualizers for real-time decision-making that enable predictive and scenario-based planning capabilities


• You will lead development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital planning tools and platforms in Collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate ERP and advanced planning systems and Drive automation and adoption of intelligent planning solutions


• You would be responsible for Process Remodeling & Continuous Improvement by identifying inefficiencies and redesign planning processes using data-driven insights to further implement best practices and benchmarking for continuous improvement ensuring agility and scalability of planning processesYou are responsible for Operational Excellence & Daily Management to ensure smooth day-to-day distribution planning


• And scheduling operations, monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency and service levels and act as escalation point for critical planning and scheduling issues


• You will be working on Regional Deployment & Replication (RSA Countries) to standardize and replicate digital planning solutions across RSA countries, support cross-country implementation and knowledge transfer to ensure consistency and scalability of digital initiatives
