Job summary

Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. in Delhi seeks an experienced corporate lawyer to advise domestic and international clients on general corporate, commercial, employment and business matters.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and provide structured notes and opinions on Corporate Law, FDI, ODI and other matters, while supporting day-to-day advisory needs for clients.

Qualifications

• Ideal Candidate: 25 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a law firm/corporate legal practice with strong exposure to General Corporate & Commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise domestic & international clients on general corporate, commercial, employment & business matters
• Draft, review & negotiate commercial agreements (Supply, Vendor, MSA, Distribution, Service, Licensing, etc.)
• Prepare legal opinions, structure notes & advisory notes on Corporate Law, FDI, ODI, Employment & Commercial matters
• Advise on employment/labour matters including employment agreements, HR policies, onboarding/separation, disciplinary proceedings & employee benefits
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare comprehensive/issue-based due diligence reports
• Assist clients with day-to-day legal & corporate requirements
