Vijai Bhava Law Firm is seeking a corporate transactions lawyer to assist on M&A, private equity deals, and regulatory advisory under Indian law. You will draft transaction documents and agreements, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, and FEMA regulations.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and research skills, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Exposure to high-value deals and performance bonuses are part of the package.

Qualifications

• LL.B. from a recognized university and Bar Council of India enrollment.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate law or transactions.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
