Lex Chambers, a full-service law firm based in New Delhi, seeks a Senior Associate specializing in Corporate Commercial, Transactions, and General Corporate law. The role leads mandates from inception to closing, including drafting, review, and negotiation of diverse commercial documents.

You will advise on governance and regulatory matters, handle complex transactions, and mentor juniors. Immediate joining for an on-site, full-time position in New Delhi.

Formación

• 4–6 years of corporate experience, with law firm exposure.
• Prior law firm experience is essential.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Run corporate and commercial mandates from inception to closing independently.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and transaction documents.
• Handle M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and other corporate transactions including structuring, due diligence, documentation, and closing.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Lead negotiations with counterparties and their counsel.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members on drafting and due diligence.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and transaction documents.
• Handle M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and other corporate transactions including structuring, due diligence, documentation, and closing.
• Advise clients on corporate, governance, and regulatory matters.
• Lead negotiations with counterparties and their counsel.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
