Job summary

Kaabil in Bengaluru is seeking service-oriented staff to assist customers, handle billing and ensure quality service standards at the outlet. You will help with order taking, product information, and maintaining a clean BOH and outlet ambience.

The role involves suggesting SKUs, handling cash with basic numeracy, and training on billing and shift handovers, while delivering friendly customer service and maintaining inventory in FIFO.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following
• Customer Assist & Connect
• Ensure high service standards are maintained and delivered.
• Enthusiasm for sales and strong commitment to customer service.
• Helpful attitude towards customers and fellow Licians.
• Correct order taking and delivering to the customers.
• Keep the outlet ambience and the BOH clean always.
• Help the incharges in setting up the outlet for various occasions such as festivals / new promotions etc
• Should be able to suggest different SKUs to the customer according to their interest.
• Proper information about the product and the menu should be downloaded to the customer.
• Maintaining the inventory in FIFO manner and taking utmost care of the health & safety of fellow Licians & customers.
• Receive, inspect, record and store meat upon delivery.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Cleaning and upkeep of all the machineries and using TLC (tender, Love & Care) while using the equipment.
• Share feedback to the incharges related to product quality and the feedback shared by the customers to the team.
• Billing & Handover
• Basic Numerical literacy to handle cash accurately.
• Reliability, honesty & willingness to take responsibility.
• Good understanding of the POS and knowledge of reports used for day end.
• Undergo training related to billing, till handover & shift handover.
