Job summary

Genpact is seeking a finance professional to manage accounts payable processes, billing, invoicing and CRM data updates. You will ensure timely and accurate financial transactions, drive process improvements and collaborate with field teams.

You should have a degree in accounting or finance, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI for reporting. Hybrid work arrangement in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Professional certifications in Accounts Payable and related fields are a plus.
• Experience with AR, invoicing, billing, and ERP/CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing.
• Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
• Monitor, review and update the Customer details in CRM
• Invoice corrections - Credits & Rebills
• Emails queries/requests from field teams
• Support and drive metrics.
