Job summary

Genpact in India is hiring for an Associate - F&A - AP to join the accounts payable team. The role involves checking, processing and paying vendor invoices, handling email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders, and resolving clarifications through written mails or calls.

You will also prepare account reconciliations and address open items, contributing to accurate financial operations and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's in Finance.
• Experience with Accounts Payable processes and financial operations.
• Strong data literacy, data visualization, and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Check, process and pay vendor invoices in Accounts Payable.
• Handle email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders; resolve clarifications via email or calls.
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve open items in reconciliations.

Non-Voice profile for Accounts Payable core accounting Handling email queries from vendors & internal stakeholders Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing mails or taking calls with them Preparing the account reconciliations / resolving the open items coming in account reconciliations
