Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - F&A - AP to lead Accounts Payable operations. The role involves managing document flow, invoice processing, and vendor data across multiple ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Strong governance and stakeholder communication are essential. You will work in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment and partner with global clients to deliver measurable outcomes in AP and related financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency.
• Experience in Accounts Payable processes and reconciliations.
• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable operations and drive accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage document management, invoice processing, helpdesk and vendor maintenance.
• Handle intercompany non-trade payments and ensure KPI/SLA targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Job Description

As a process lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team, Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work Accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Document management, Invoice processing, Helpdesk, Correspondence, Trade and Non Trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments and outstanding handling Responsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable. Accountable for client VOC and successful external & internal audits Be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders Own projects and drive outcomes with multi stakeholders
