Job summary

Marsh Knowledge Services - IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering in Gurugram is seeking a seasoned professional to support the ORC IMEA leader with execution of strategic initiatives, proposals, and governance. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and offers cross-functional exposure to leadership, engineers, valuers, business development, finance and regional teams.

Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering team at Knowledge Services - Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

To improve the efficiency, consistency and scalability of the IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering practice by supporting the Operational Risk Consulting (ORC) IMEA leader with execution of key strategic initiatives, reporting, managing proposals, technical collateral, operational initiatives, knowledge management and cross-functional coordination. The role acts as the operational hub between leadership, engineers, valuers, business development, finance and regional teams.

What you need to have:

• Engineering or related degree. MBA is advantageous.
• 7-12 years' experience in consulting or professional servicesaccounting firm (Big 4) or similar professional services firm.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Competent in project management
• Executive reporting
• Stakeholder management
• Proposal development
• Power BI and Salesforce
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
• Ability to work independently and think critically
