Prochant seeks an Associate Director – Quality to lead enterprise-wide quality, compliance, and process excellence across Healthcare RCM operations. You will establish governance frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and partner with US clients to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires strong healthcare RCM expertise, leadership experience, and a track record of delivering measurable quality improvements across large-scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing.
• Minimum 7+ years in Quality, Audit, Compliance, or Process Excellence leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading quality programs across large-scale healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance and Process Excellence initiatives across Intake, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, AR Follow-Up, Denial Management, and Revenue Recovery operations.
• Establish and govern quality frameworks, audit methodologies, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Drive quality improvement strategies to enhance accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct business reviews and partner with operations leaders to improve quality performance.
• Lead client-facing quality discussions, audits, and governance meetings.
• Analyze quality trends and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and client-specific quality standards.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Build and mentor high-performing Quality Managers, Auditors, and Process Excellence teams.
• Develop executive dashboards and quality analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

Prochant is looking for an experienced Associate Director – Quality to lead enterprise-wide quality, compliance, and process excellence initiatives across Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations.
