Job summary

Cloudare Technologies in Bengaluru, India is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead brown field and interior fitout projects, leveraging strong leadership and analytical skills to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage project planning, execution, and closure, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure procurement details align with BOQ requirements for smooth handover to the procurement team.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning.
• Ensure delivery of 3D plans and BOQ within the set timelines keeping the client's requirements in mind to ensure closure of agreement keeping to ensure the handover date.
• Determine optimum method of operations to achieve required finished product efficiently.
• Create a project plan and share with all stakeholders specifying deliverables and timelines.
• Handover details regarding material etc required for the project to Procurement at BOQ stage.
