Job summary

Intugine Technologies is seeking an Implementation Head in Bengaluru to drive end-to-end customer implementations across geographies. Lead a large team, define strategy, and ensure on-time go-lives while optimizing revenue realization and operational efficiency.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to translate complex requirements into scalable implementation frameworks and ensure top-tier customer delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in implementation, logistics technology, supply chain, IoT, hardware, or related domains.
• Exposure to IoT/hardware implementation, particularly within logistics technology or SaaS environments, is a plus.
• Proven experience in Logistics Tech / Supply Chain Technology with hands-on implementation ownership.
• Proven track record of leading large implementation teams across multiple projects, customers, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the leadership to define implementation priorities, operating plans and strategic initiatives.
• Own end-to-end implementation for Intugine's key enterprise customers, ensuring timely go-live and successful adoption.
• Own the implementation strategy and solution design for new and existing enterprise accounts.
• Lead and mentor a 30–50 member implementation organisation across program management, field implementation and on-ground support.
• Drive implementation KPIs, revenue realisation, utilisation and operational efficiency, providing regular visibility to leadership.
• Build scalable implementation processes and a repeatable implementation playbook across customers and geographies.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to solve complex customer and implementation challenges.
• Take ownership of critical escalations and work directly with customers and internal teams to unblock implementation.
• Build and develop a strong second line of leadership within the implementation function.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation margins, timelines, quality and overall customer experience.

Role Summary

The Implementation Head will play a key leadership role in driving Intugine’s end-to-end implementation function and will work closely with the leadership team on implementation strategy, business priorities, and operational excellence. The role will own large and complex enterprise implementations, Lead and manage 30–50 professionals through direct and indirect reporting structures across program management, field implementation, and on-ground operations, driving scalable processes across customers and geographies. This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and operational levels — from shaping implementation strategy and improving revenue realisation timelines to stepping in and solving critical on-ground challenges when required. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations-heavy, hardware/IoT-enabled SaaS environments, with a proven ability to lead large teams, manage enterprise customers and build scalable implementation systems.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in implementation, logistics technology, supply chain, IoT, hardware, or related domains.
• B.Tech / B.E. from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 engineering institute is mandatory.
• Exposure to IoT/hardware implementation, particularly within logistics technology or SaaS environments, is a plus.
• Proven experience in Logistics Tech / Supply Chain Technology with hands-on implementation ownership.
• Proven track record of leading large implementation teams across multiple projects, customers, and geographies.
• Strong implementation architecture and solution-thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable implementation frameworks.
• Strong client-facing experience with end-to-end delivery ownership and the ability to manage senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong technical literacy, particularly around APIs, system integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting integration-related challenges.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and independently drive strategic and operational initiatives.

Good to Have

• Experience in Mid-Mile or Last-Mile Logistics.
• Experience working with Supply Chain Control Towers / Visibility Platforms.
• Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-location implementation programs.
