Intugine Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end device operations, GPS installation, fleet coordination, and field activities across multiple sites.

You will lead a team of 20–25 DEOs, coordinate with fleet owners, installation partners, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deployment, efficient reverse logistics, and strong SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Operations, Logistics, or Field Ops relevant to delivery or device installation.
• Hands-on GPS/IoT device installation experience required.
• Strong coordination with fleet owners, vendors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end GPS/device installation operations across customer locations.
• Coordinate with fleet owners, transporters, vendors, and installation partners for timely deployment.
• Build and maintain a network of GPS/device installation partners.
• Manage reverse logistics including device retrieval and returns.
• Lead a team of 20–25 DEOs/field staff and plan shift timings.
• Track targets and ensure timely installation/retrieval closures.
• Handle operational issues and client escalations related to installation.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, Product and Engineering for seamless execution.
• Monitor SLAs, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve installation and logistics efficiency.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage end-to-end device operations, including GPS installation, fleet coordination, reverse logistics, field operations, and DEO management. The role requires someone who can work closely with fleet owners, installation partners, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution. The ideal candidate should have strong ground-level operations experience and the ability to manage teams and multiple operational activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end GPS/device installation operations across customer locations.
• Coordinate with fleet owners, transporters, vendors, and installation partners for timely device deployment.
• Build and maintain a strong network of GPS/device installation partners .
• Manage reverse logistics , including device retrieval, collection, movement, and returns.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 20–25 DEOs/field operations staff .
• Plan and manage shift timings, attendance, manpower allocation, and daily operations .
• Track installation and retrieval targets and ensure timely closure.
• Handle operational issues and client escalations related to device installation and field operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering for smooth execution.
• Monitor operational SLAs, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve installation, reverse logistics, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Fleet Operations, Field Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience in GPS/IoT/device installation operations.
• Experience coordinating with fleet owners, transporters, installation vendors, and field teams.
• Prior experience in reverse logistics is mandatory.
• Experience managing a network of installers/vendors is highly preferred.
• Experience managing 20–25 DEOs or field operations staff is preferred.
• Ability to manage shift planning, manpower allocation, attendance, and daily team operations.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of logistics and ground-level operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Experience in logistics technology, SaaS, IoT, telematics, or fleet management will be an added advantage.
