BDO India is seeking an Associate Director - HR Compliance to lead statutory and labor compliance across Mumbai locations. The HR Compliance Lead will be responsible for driving and governing statutory, labor and HR compliance across all organizational locations. The role will serve as the central point of contact for compliance-related matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, managing regulatory risks, coordinating with external consultants, authorities and providing leadership with visibility on compliance performance, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
