Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft seeks an Associate Director for Fusion Financials in Delhi to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations and drive client-facing solution design and delivery.

You will manage a team of functional consultants, oversee data migration and testing, ensure SOX compliance, and act as the primary client contact for finance-related matters. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
• Minimum years of Oracle Financials experience, with at least 3 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
• Experience in Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management PPM
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.
• Good understanding of financial processes, IFRS/GAAP.
• Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units setup in Oracle Cloud.
• Proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly.
• Manage a team of functional consultants, guide them through design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities across modules and with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integration, and reporting leads.
• Drive project deliverables and ensure alignment with timeline, scope, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all finance functional-related matters.
• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.
