Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Hyderabad seeks a Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementations and drive end‑to‑end delivery across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and related sub‑ledgers.

You will run workshops, translate requirements into configurations, manage a team of functional consultants, and ensure data migration, testing, and post‑go‑live support meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum years of Oracle Financials experience, with at least 3 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
• Experience in Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.
• Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units setup in Oracle Cloud.
• Proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities across modules and with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including technical, integration, and reporting leads.
• Drive project deliverables and ensure alignment with timeline, scope, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all finance functional‑related matters.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.
