Birlasoft is seeking an Senior Oracle Financials expert to lead global Oracle Cloud Financials implementations with deep experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, and Tax. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, independent work, and the ability to guide multi-team deployments.

The candidate should have 10+ years in Oracle Financials, Fusion Cloud, and hands-on experience with FBDI, HDL/ADF, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Financial Reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials and Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax expertise.
• Experience in 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Solid understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial close processes.

• Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax.
• Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial close processes.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment.
• Good understanding of FBDI, HDL/ADF concepts, REST/SOAP integrations, and functional aspects of Oracle interfaces.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Financial Reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
