Job summary

ACCA Careers in Mumbai invites an experienced Associate Director to lead the Accounting & Finance function within the Technology & Telecoms sector. You will oversee financial operations and drive strategic decisions to enhance performance.

You will manage reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk governance while mentoring a large finance team and collaborating with cross-functional partners across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15+ years of experience (CPA US desirable).
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and working knowledge of Indian GAAP, incl. financial statement prep, consolidations, cash flow.
• Proven experience in Internal Controls, SOX Compliance, financial governance, audit management and risk frameworks.
• Exposure to publicly listed organizations, preferably NASDAQ-listed, including regulatory reporting.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606, lease accounting, controllership, tax management and corporate finance.
• Experience leading large finance teams and managing multiple functions in global orgs.
• Preference for IT Services/ITES/SaaS/GCC environments.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
