Role Overview:

As the Associate Director of Finance, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our Mumbai-based MNC operations, overseeing the full spectrum of financial health and strategic direction.

You will act as a key business partner to the regional leadership team, bridging the gap between complex financial data and actionable business strategy.

Your day-to-day will involve steering high-level financial reporting, driving large-scale finance transformation initiatives, and ensuring that our fiscal frameworks support aggressive growth targets.

By collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and global finance centers, you will influence critical decision-making processes that directly impact the company’s bottom line and long-term market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis cycle to provide leadership with precise insights for informed capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Direct comprehensive financial reporting processes to ensure absolute compliance with global accounting standards and internal governance requirements.
• Spearhead finance transformation projects by integrating advanced digital tools and automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical frameworks, coupled with a deep understanding of general management principles to drive organizational change.
• Strong educational foundation, typically holding a CA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification from a premier institute, reflecting a high standard of academic and professional rigor.
