Role Overview:

As the Associate Director of Finance, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our Mumbai-based MNC operations, overseeing the full spectrum of financial health and strategic direction.

You will act as a key business partner to the regional leadership team, bridging the gap between complex financial data and actionable business strategy.

Your day-to-day will involve steering high-level financial reporting, driving large-scale finance transformation initiatives, and ensuring that our fiscal frameworks support aggressive growth targets.

By collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and global finance centers, you will influence critical decision-making processes that directly impact the company’s bottom line and long-term market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis cycle to provide leadership with precise insights for informed capital allocation and investment decisions.
  • Direct comprehensive financial reporting processes to ensure absolute compliance with global accounting standards and internal governance requirements.
