Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate Director - Finance Advisory (EPM) to lead strategic Finance Transformation workstreams for global clients. You will advise on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and enterprise performance management while identifying automation opportunities.

You will drive workshops, translate business needs into technology-enabled finance solutions, and apply exposure to EPM tools like Anaplan, Board, Oracle, SAP, and Tableau to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/MBA in Finance or related field.
• CPA/CFA/CIMA certifications are preferred.
• Experience in finance transformation programs and EPM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead components/workstreams of Finance Transformation programs for global clients.
• Provide finance advisory across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, and EPM.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Develop practical, scalable finance optimization roadmaps aligned with objectives.
• Conduct client workshops and interviews to define needs and pain points.
• Lead solutioning with a strategic, consultative mindset.
• Leverage EPM, AI, and automation to enhance finance effectiveness.
