Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Director of Finance Advisory to lead delivery of strategic engagements, develop transformation frameworks, and collaborate with senior leaders on finance strategy. You will guide teams to deliver high-impact insights while ensuring compliance across programs.

The role requires strong experience in finance, governance, and client relations, with a hybrid work model in India. CPA/CFA/CIMA & Power BI/SAP certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters degree in finance or equivalent preferred.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CIMA) or equivalent are highly valued.
• Proven ability to lead complex advisory programs and deliver value.
