Job summary

AECOM India Private Limited seeks a senior civil/BIM engineer with 18+ years' experience to lead site grading, drainage and multidisciplinary model reviews. The role requires hands-on design in data centre, commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, and industrial projects, with strong coordination across teams.

The candidate should have a Civil/Hydraulics background (master's preferred) and be proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Python, and software like Civil 3D, Navisworks, Sewer Gem,

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of experience with projects similar in function, size and scope to the description above.
• Experience in datacentre, commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial, aviation sectors is highly desirable.
• Undergraduate degree (master’s preferred) in Civil engineering/Hydraulics or related field.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination processes and multidisciplinary model reviews is an advantage.
• Knowledge on Site Grading Layouts, site development work, Design of Storm water drainage layouts, sanitary sewer system, chemical/effluent drainage system, tankage area layout, Asphalt and Concrete Road & RC Pavement
• Knowledge of Indian codes is mandatory. Familiarity with US, BS, Eurocodes is a plus.
• Working knowledge of current industry software, including Sewer Gem, Water GEM, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Arc GIS and Hec RAS/ HEC-HMS
• Strong coordination and communication skills for working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Time management and people management skills will be valuable
