Responsibilities

• Review heatmaps and session recordings to identify conversion issues.
• Create CRO hypotheses and support A/B testing.
• Audit storefronts across PDP, cart, checkout & mobile.
• Track sprints, timelines, action items and project docs.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Design and clients.
• Support UAT, bug tracking and CRO monthly reporting.
• Assist PM/Delivery Manager with client calls and updates.

STC is a Shopify Premier Partner with ~150 people across Noida and Bengaluru. We build, migrate and optimise Shopify/Shopify Plus stores for leading brands and also build Shopify apps.

About the Role

We re looking for an Associate CRO Analyst who can combine conversion analysis with project delivery coordination. You ll work on Shopify/D2C stores, identify conversion gaps, analyse user behaviour, and ensure project actionable are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze funnels using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Clarity & Hotjar
• Review heatmaps/session recordings and identify conversion issues
• Create CRO hypotheses and support A/B testing
• Conduct storefront audits across PDP, cart, checkout & mobile
• Track sprints, timelines, action items and project documentation
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Design and clients
• Support UAT, bug tracking and monthly CRO reporting
• Assist PM/Delivery Manager with client calls and project updates
