Job summary

Huron Consulting Group in India is seeking an Oracle Analyst to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle ERP applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes and develop technical expertise in enterprise solutions.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, data management and documentation, with opportunities to learn new Oracle technologies and contribute to system integrations, data migrations and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, 2025-2026 Batch preferred.
• Consistent academic record with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications. (For Maharashtra based candidates 55% or equivalent academic record is needed.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Web Services (SOAP, REST), WSDL, XML, Python and XSLT is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in enterprise solutions.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and configure Oracle applications accordingly.
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of Oracle ERP systems.
