Job summary

Huron is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our Data Management and Analytics team in India. The role focuses on handling data processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business decisions through analytics and reporting.

You will collect and clean large datasets, develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights while ensuring governance and security of data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in CS/IT or related field with focus on Data Analytics & Intelligence.
• Strong academic record; relevant coursework in data analytics, governance, and BI tools.
• Experience with data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

We are looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Data Management and Analytics team. This role involves handling data processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business decision-making through analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Support data management activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Assist in automating data workflows and processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
• Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics and management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with a focus on Data Analytics, Business Analytics & Intelligence, Data Science & Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning & Data Analytics, or Robotics & Data Analytics. 2025 Batch preferred
• Consistent academic record with minimum 80% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications. (For Maharashtra based candidates 75% or equivalent academic record is needed.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, OAC etc., Data Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Talend, ODI, etc.), Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Python.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in enterprise solutions.
