Job summary

Huron is seeking an Analyst to join the Data Management and Analytics team in India. The role focuses on handling data processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting decision-making with analytics and reporting. You will collect, clean, and organize datasets, build dashboards, and automate data workflows.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, R, and BI tools. 2025 batch and high academic records are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or related field with focus on Data Analytics, BI & Intelligence.
• 2025 batch preferred; strong academic record (80%+).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data management and reporting tools.
• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau; data governance knowledge.

• Consistent academic record with minimum 80% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications. (For Maharashtra based candidates 75% or equivalent academic record is needed.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS, and database management.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, OAC etc., Data Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Talend, ODI, etc.), Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Python.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in enterprise solutions.
