HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Power BI Specialist/Data Analyst to design and maintain dashboards and semantic models that drive data-driven decisions across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Service. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data analytics, CS, information systems, engineering, statistics, or related discipline.
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service in enterprise reporting environments.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, KPI design, visualization standards, and report performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience analyzing SAP data for MM, PIR, Customer and Pricing, Finance Master Data, and Costing, including relevant master and transactional data relationships.
• Strong SQL skills for extraction, validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and data preparation.
• Experience integrating SAP module data with Power BI and sources like Excel, SharePoint, and SQL databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and explain insights to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance, role-based access, row-level security, data quality, documentation, and controlled deployment practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and fluency in written and spoken English.
