Job summary

Concentrix Gurgaon is seeking an Associate in Compensation to support Total Rewards by evaluating, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain talent. The role emphasizes data mining, advanced Excel, and automation using Copilot/ChatGPT in a secure, office-based environment.

You will manage the Workday master tracker, create positions per business requests, and handle BAU transactions while ensuring adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong data mining and analytics experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel skills and exposure to Copilot or ChatGPT for basic automations.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.

Job Title: Associate, Compensation

Mode: Work from office

This is Fixed term role for 11months duration and depending on the performance / business need, the term can be revised or extended.

Job role: The person would be responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by assisting with evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of compensation information and data to assist management in effective decision making
• Will be responsible for Workday master tracker and create position as per business request
• Regular / BAU including WD transactions (approvals/rejections) as per policy and norms
• Collaborate with team members to review proposed compensation adjustments for compliance/adherence to established guidelines, policies, and practices

Desired skills and expertise:

• Graduate with strong data mining and analytics experience
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel skills and fair exposure around copilot or ChatGPT working to do basic automations
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
