In order to be an authorized recruitment agency (\"search firm\") for Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, there must be a formal written agreement in place and the agency must be invited, by Baker Tilly's Talent Attraction team, to submit candidates for review via our applicant tracking system.*# **Job Description:**## **Responsibilities*** Support the administration of the firm's compensation programs, including annual and mid-year compensation review processes.* Maintain compensation, job, and organizational data within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.* Participate in compensation surveys, conduct market pricing and compensation analyses, and evaluate internal and external compensation trends.* Assist with job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and the maintenance of salary structures and job classifications.* Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide compensation reporting, market data, and analytical support.* Support pay transparency, pay equity, and regulatory compliance initiatives through reporting, audits, and documentation.* Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business and Total Rewards decision-making.* Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, documentation, and data quality.* Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.* Minimum of 1 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred.* Working knowledge of compensation and rewards principles and analytics required.* Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation Module preferred.* Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.* Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
