Job summary

BTVK Advisory in Bengaluru, part of the Baker Tilly network, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support annual and mid-year compensation processes, maintain data in HR systems, and partner with HR leaders to deliver insights.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and analytics; work with Workday Advanced Compensation, prepare dashboards, and help ensure pay transparency and compliance while serving a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent).
• 1+ years of related experience; professional services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation and rewards principles and analytics.
• Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation Module preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential material reliably.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional presence with ability to interact at all levels.
• Willingness to travel ~5%.

• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide compensation reporting, market data, and analytical support.
• Support pay transparency, pay equity, and regulatory compliance initiatives through reporting, audits, and documentation.
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business and Total Rewards decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, documentation, and data quality.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
