Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary research through interviews, surveys, and ethnographic methodology.
  • Perform secondary and ethnographic research.
  • Validate the Burlington approach with target customers.
  • Observe classroom instructions to identify gaps.
  • Represent research findings graphically and user-friendly.
  • Conduct product demos and training both face-to-face and online.
  • Track product usage.
  • Liaise with editorial and sales teams.

Job description

PURPOSE

Primary and secondary research to validate user stories and Burlington approach to problem solving for schools in the English Language Learning & Teaching domain with deep customer connect initiatives.

QUALIFICATION(s)/SKILLS

Masters, preferably in English or Education, from a premium university / college or B.El.Ed or CELTA or TESOL qualifications

NOTE: This role requires travelling at a short notice. Please do not apply if you cannot or do not wish to travel.

ACTIVITIES
  • To conduct primary research through interviews, surveys and ethnographic methodology etc.
  • To do the secondary and ethnographic research
  • To validate the Burlington approach, scope and sequence, content strategy with the target customers
  • To observe the classroom instructions and identify the gaps and areas of concern and improvement
  • To represent the research findings and data graphically in an aesthetic and user-friendly manner
  • To do the product demo and product training: pre- and post sales [F2F as well as Online]
  • To track the product usage
  • To liaise with editorial and sales for work-related purpose
