Job summary

Genpact, based in Gurugram, India, invites a Sr. Associate to join the BCM - Mortgage & Loan Origination Services team.

You will assist in processing mortgage loan applications, verify documentation, and perform financial analysis and risk assessment to determine applicant eligibility. You will liaise with clients, loan officers and internal teams to resolve issues, ensure data accuracy for underwriting, and stay updated on lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/MBA degrees in relevant fields are preferred.
• Certifications in security or IT are a plus but not required.
• Experience in banking and mortgage processing is advantageous.
