• Participate in and contribute to development of designs and specifications through PTG activities
• Review and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify improvement areas

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and provide technical guidance and support

• Ensure solutions meet client performance, security, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience
• Understanding of emerging technologies
• Ability to contribute to emerging technology artifacts and research
• Basic understanding of proposal content, goals, and strategy
• Ability to participate in proposal defense meetings and presentations
• Basic concepts and terminology related to requirement gathering and analysis
• Ability to identify and describe requirements with guidance and supervision
• Experience creating and reviewing requirements
• Understanding of solution design principles
• Ability to contribute to solution design artifacts
• Ability to provide architectural design and documentation at application or function capability level
• Ability to participate in establishing and maintaining architecture standards and processes
• Ability to implement architectural patterns in solutions and engagements

• Accreditation/certification in at least one relevant area of industry tools and frameworks
• Working knowledge of top tools in the Magic Quadrant, such as ARIS from Software AG
• Ability to implement tools and frameworks in complex scenarios and conduct customization workshops

• Ability to drive adoption of industry standards and practices
