Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Senior Solution Architect to create scalable architectures for major systems and marketing/data solutions. You will lead a team of architects, drive security governance, and align regional standards with global practices.

The role requires 12–15 years in solution architecture with hands-on Azure/AWS/GCP experience, GenAI workflows, and strong stakeholder communication. Expect collaboration across APAC in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in solution architecture, engineering and marketing technology.
• Hands-on with at least 2 of the three infrastructures: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Certifications in solution architecture for Azure/AWS/GCP are a strong plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, adtech, martech is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM-based workflows is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; documented technical/workflow diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Create solution architectures for major systems and platforms, evaluating time, cost, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee the work of other architects.
• Lead delivery of security solution and support governance.
• Design scalable marketing and data solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop regional solution architecture frameworks.
• Review infrastructure availability and product ecosystems; develop regional standards.
• Lead architecture documentation, workflows, and standardized docs for technical teams across APAC.

• Record and track design decisions; validate against requirements.
• Continuously update documentation of changes and new methods.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the region; run workshops and training.
• Adopt holistic approach to solution design to maximize technology usage.

• Create solution architectures for major systems and platforms, ensuring relevant options are explored for time, cost, and compliance with company standards, policies, and practices


• Oversee the work of other architects


• Oversee delivery of the security solution and support it through relevant governance


• Design and architect scalable marketing and data solutions


• Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop regional solution architecture frameworks


• Review global and regional infrastructure availability and product ecosystems, and develop regional solution architecture standards aligned with global and industry standards


• Lead system and architecture documentation, workflows, visualizations, and standardized documents for technical teams across APAC


• Incorporate global security standards into solution architecture principles and standard infrastructure options


• Record and track key design decisions and validate them against requirements


• Continuously update and document changes, new methods, and technical changes


• Communicate with stakeholders across the region and run workshops and training sessions as needed


• Adopt a holistic approach to solution design to maximize use of available technologies

Requirements

• 12-15 years in solution architecture, engineering and marketing technology


• Strong, hands‑on working experience with at least 2 of the 3 infrastructure in AZURE, AWS, GCP


• Having certifications in solution architecture with AZURE, AWS, GCP in a strong plus


• Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, adtech, martech is a good plus


• Hands‑on experience with GenAI/LLM‑based workflows is a strong plus


• Strong verbal and written communication with experience in documenting technical and system workflows, diagrams, visualization


• Strong and collaborative mindset working with technical and non technical stakeholders
