Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG in Mumbai is seeking an Invoice Processor to validate and book freight invoices across multiple systems. You will manage exceptions for PO and Non-PO invoices in VIM and respond to urgent processing requests from various units.

You will communicate with vendors by email and phone to resolve discrepancies while aiming to meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks. The role observes a 12:00 PM–9:00 PM shift with flexible month-end hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with invoice processing in ERP/VIM environments.
• Ability to handle PO and Non-PO invoice exceptions.
• Strong communication with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Capable of fast, accurate processing under deadlines.

Responsibilities
