HighSpring India LLP, based in Gurugram, is seeking a detail-focused professional to review hotel pricing information from partner feeds against prices on booking sites. The role emphasizes identifying match/mismatch cases, verifying rates, taxes, and stay details to ensure accuracy and timely daily outputs.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with basic English, strong arithmetic skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers or candidates with 2 years of experience.
• Good arithmetic and percentage calculation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic written English and email-writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review hotel pricing from partner feeds vs booking sites.
• Identify match/mismatch cases based on pricing accuracy.
• Verify base rates, taxes, fees, travellers count, and stay duration.
• Ensure timely completion of daily work.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies and priority issues.
• Follow defined processes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling large data volumes.
• Support process improvements to enhance customer experience.

• Review and compare hotel pricing information from partner feeds with prices available on booking websites.
• Identify match/mismatch cases based on pricing accuracy.
• Verify base rates, taxes, fees, number of adults, itinerary details and stay duration.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned daily work.
• Identify and escape discrepancies and priority issues.
• Follow defined processes, system updates and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while handling large volumes of data.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience can apply.
• Good logical reasoning and basic arithmetic/percentage calculation skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic written English and email-writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, adaptable and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
• Must be flexible to work in 247 rotational shifts.
• Candidates from Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida and Faridabad preferred.
