Pagaar India is seeking a Business Analyst for its International BPO operations in Delhi-NCR. Fresher and experienced candidates can apply for a night shift role with US process responsibilities. You will analyze business data, prepare MIS reports, and collaborate with internal teams to drive performance.

The role requires strong Excel skills, basic SQL or Power BI knowledge, and excellent communication. Immediate joining is preferred and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in business, finance, IT or related fields.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–5 years experience welcome.
• Good communication skills and Excel knowledge mandatory.
• SQL or Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
