R1 RCM Global Private Limited is seeking candidates for a customer care role focused on US health insurance operations. The position involves 60%+ calling, information gathering, and adherence to SOPs while working night shifts in IST (6 PM–3 AM or 9 PM–6 AM).

Training will be ongoing, with flexibility to move across processes as needed. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interact with the US health insurance companies (Customer Care Team) 60%+ Calling will be involved, should be open to Voice based work. Would secure relevant information of Health Insurance of the patient. Work on Websites or Applications to perform the activity as per the SOP. Would be working in 6pm to 3 am & 9pm to 6am IST, Supporting US operations Should be Open to Learn & adapt as per the changing needs of the process Will have to go thru ongoing Trainings (for performance / process needs) Should be flexible to be moved across the processes assigned by the Manager (Cater to ongoing process requirements) Will have to work as per the prescribed KPI`s / Targets assigned by the Process Manager Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Ensure - Non Disclosure of any PHI.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively communicate with internal and external customers Excellent computer proficiency (Open Office, MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) Must have proven track record of performance in previous assignment. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to complete within parameters of instructions / SOP Graduation is mandatory. Total Experience should be less than 5 year, whereas relative experience in US healthcare is preferred. Fresh graduate can also apply. (Should not be more than 40% population in each batch) Should be open to work on 24 x7 environments. Preferably during 6PM to 3PM, Shifts can be extended, Shift timing subject to change upon necessity Pick & Drop Transportation will be provided along with meal and insurance benefits.
