Job summary

Snap Inc. in Mumbai, India seeks an Agency Solutions Executive to grow relationships with advertisers and their agency partners. You will drive campaigns from RFP to execution, collating insights and advising on optimizations to deliver measurable ROI.

The role requires strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on upsell opportunities and adopting Snap’s self-serve platform. 1–3 years in digital media is preferred.

We’re looking for an Agency Solutions Executive to join Snap Inc! Based in our Mumbai, India office. As a member of the Sales team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners.

What you’ll do

• Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key advertisers and their agency partners by helping them achieve performance that exceeds their expectations
• Partner with Client Partner, Creative Strategists and Marketing Science throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, bringing measurable ROI for our clients
• Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
• Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities
• Serve as the product expert by educating clients and their agencies on Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations
• Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis

What we’re looking for

• Existing and strong relationships with marketing teams, and their media and creative agencies.
• Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
• Proven track record of delivering on sales quota and obtaining positive reviews
• 1-3 years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces
• Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
• Strong Excel/Google Docs and PowerPoint/Keynote skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changes
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad product

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of advertising brand metrics and ecosystem
• Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
• Ability to summarize insights and best practices, and share them with partners and customers.
• Experience in managing and enabling advertising sales partners
• Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments
• Background working with both internal and external partners
